After two years of canceled shows, Coachella is back and we handpicked our favorite looks from celebrities and influencers who attended the event. If you’re wondering what fashion trends will be popular this season, look no further. The California based music festival was not lacking in new and fresh fashion fads. From iconic designer handbags to a classic pair of denim shorts, our favorite trend setters were seen bringing back beloved styles from the past and debuting innovative new trends that are sure to be crowd pleasers.
Stormi Reed from the hit HBO show Euphoria was seen at the Revolve festival in a sparkly corset bustier top, denim cut off shorts, cream lace up sneakers, beaded drop earrings, and the popularized Bottega Veneta Nappa Intrecciato Mini Jodie Teal Washed Bag. The infamous Jodie bag takes the top spot on the arms of celebrities and influencers for the second year in a row, making its debut in 2020, and holding its popularity in 2022.
Nicole Scherzinger wore a vibrant printed two piece set paired with below the knee platform boots. To complete the look she matched her Jacquemus blue round leather shoulder bag with a pair of blue graphic earrings. The French brand, Jacquemus, took off in the past year with its collection of mini bags. The designer Simon Porte Jacquemus first presented his collection in 2012 at Paris Fashion Week, and has since become a major player in the luxury fashion industry.
Megan Thee Stallion slayed this look with a Moschino graphic print dress paired with a Chanel classic double flap bag. We can always count on the rap singer and three-time grammy award winner to bring us hyper feminine, trending looks. The “Savage” star rocked bubblegum pink and blue hair to match with her fresh pink manicure. We expected nothing less from the princess of pop-culture.
Olivia Culpo kept things casual in an all white outfit with floral print cowgirl boots and a Louis Vuitton monogram coated canvas mini backpack.
Victoria Secret model Josephine Skriver paired neon green pants with a leather bustier top that matched her Balenciaga graffiti fanny pack. To finish the look she wore black chunky sneakers, most appropriate for a desert music festival.
One of our favorite size inclusive influencers Kristina Zias wore a two piece yellow set paired with a multicolor headband and a Balenciaga Women’s Le Cagole XS Shoulder Bag in green. A pop culture favorite handbag seen all over Instagram and streetwear fashion.
Emy-Jade Greaves was seen, on Instagram, wearing the Chanel 1995- 1996 CC heart-shaped vanity bag at Coachella with this season’s biggest trend, sheer layered pants. The cowgirl trend is here to stay as she paired her girly pink ensemble with a fun cowgirl hat.
Nitsan Raiter Fluxgold, founder of Mind Your Business, was pictured wearing tiered sheer layered pink pants with a simple white crop top, and a Chanel caviar quilted beige backpack.
Lauren Wolfe was seen, on Instagram, wearing the most coveted bag of the year, the Balenciaga Classic Motorcycle City Bag in yellow. She paired the iconic crossbody bag with a bright green two piece set, colorful cowgirl boots, and pearl body jewelry.
Leonie paired her fringe two piece set, bodice chains, and white cowgirl boots with a Chanel caviar quilted mini chain belt bag. This look is true to classic Coachella fashion with ties to desert style such as the floor length fringe details and beige color scheme.
Sophie Suchan, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle blogger, wore a matching vintage Chanel 1990s CC print top and skirt set. She paired the ensemble with a Chanel chain link belt and a Chanel caviar quilted black backpack. The “That’s So Sabotage” podcast host, was a vision in vintage, and was definitely a fashion trendsetter for the Spring/Summer season.
