IN STORE:
Purchases made in store: ALL SALES FINAL!
ONLINE RETURNS:
Eligible online returns (see below) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery receipt in the same condition they were sent out.
REQUEST A RETURN:
Request a return by emailing sales@edoubletake.com with your order number and item(s) you want to return. A shipping label can be provided via email and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively you can ship the item back yourself and provide us with the tracking information or bring it to our store.
Eligible clothing
shoes purchased online can be returned for a refund back to the original form of payment.
Eligible handbags purchased online can be returned for store credit only.
Not Eligible for Returns:
Bodysuits, swimsuits
intimates, jewelry, wallets, hats, scarves, belts, sunglasses, miscellaneous accessories, furs, items shipped after the 7 day return window, items purchased in store, items with security tag removed, items sold during final sale promotions, and final sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns and/or store credits if the item(s) do not match the condition in which they were sent.

SHIPPING POLICIES:
Please allow 1 - 2 days processing time before your order ships while we confirm availability.
In the event of a return, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Any extra customs/duties charges are NOT including in your shipping price, any additional payments upon delivery must be made by the customer.
